Current LioGames refund-policy wording
The current LioGames refund page says refunds are credited exclusively to the LioGames wallet and that refunds to bank accounts, UPI or external wallets are not possible. It also describes categories of successfully delivered digital goods as final/non-refundable while allowing some failed or unauthorized cases to be considered.

Current reseller wording about unused wallet balance
The reseller/distribution site separately says an eligible unused remaining wallet balance can be requested through a Wallet Balance Refund ticket and describes a 24-hour processing target. That is a different promise from refunding an order back into an internal wallet.

The distinction I wish I had pinned down in writing
A failed order being refunded into an internal wallet is not the same thing as getting unused reseller balance back to an external crypto wallet. When thousands of dollars are involved, that difference is too important to leave to assumption.
How this relates to my July 2026 dispute
My complaint concerns reseller funding and the account outcome, not a normal retail top-up refund. I therefore do not claim that the current retail refund policy alone proves how my July payment should have been treated. What I do say: my $4,919.57 sits inside this exact structure — an internal wallet the published terms never return to an external address, with a locked account on top. The policy is not a footnote to my case; it is the mechanism that made the loss permanent.
Questions I would ask before sending money now
- If I qualify using wallet balance, can unused balance be returned to an external crypto wallet?
- What exactly makes a remaining balance ineligible?
- What evidence is required for a Wallet Balance Refund ticket?
- Which network/address will receive the refund and who pays network fees?
- Does changing reseller level change refund eligibility?
My practical view
I would not send thousands based on vague assumptions about "refundable balance." I would want the destination, eligibility conditions and process confirmed in writing first. My own dispute is the reason I am this strict about it now.
