LioGames H2H reseller: why I regret sending nearly $5,000

I became comfortable funding a larger reseller balance because I had prior history with LioGames. After my July 2026 dispute, I would not repeat that decision — and I no longer believe the H2H deposit structure is neutral.

Current official criteria, checked October 2, 2026: VIP = $50,000 monthly sales or $5,000 wallet balance. H2H = $100,000 monthly sales or $10,000 wallet balance.

Why my July story used $5,000 with H2H

My original account described the arrangement I understood at the time as a roughly $5,000 H2H-related funding level. The current official page now puts $5,000 under VIP and $10,000 under H2H, so I do not present my old wording as the current H2H rule.

I am keeping the historical claim because it is part of my story, but I am correcting the present-day fact because I would rather have a strong complaint than a sloppy one.

The payments that changed my view of LioGames reseller funding

On July 24, I sent 4,119 USDT and 800.57 USDT, totaling 4,919.57 USDT. Those payments were made in the context of my reseller account and the level/funding arrangement I understood at that time.

The blockchain proves the transfers happened. It does not label a payment "VIP" or "H2H," which is why I separate the on-chain fact from my account of the business purpose.

On July 27, another reseller publicly reported losing $5,000 in the same H2H plan — deposit, account lock, four days of ignored support, money gone. Read his report. Two resellers, $9,919.57 combined, the same week, the same pattern.

The unused-balance wording matters a lot

The current reseller site describes a Wallet Balance Refund path for eligible unused remaining wallet balance. If I were funding a reseller account today, I would not rely on a general sentence alone. I would ask support to confirm in writing exactly when unused balance can be returned, to what destination and under what conditions.

What I would save before funding a reseller account

  1. Screenshot the exact reseller-level criteria on the day of payment.
  2. Save the deposit page with network, receiving address and amount.
  3. Keep the exchange withdrawal record and TXID.
  4. Record the account level and wallet balance before and after funding.
  5. Get any unused-balance refund promise in writing.

My reseller conclusion

I trusted prior experience and sent nearly $5,000. After the dispute that followed — and seeing another reseller lose $5,000 in the same plan days apart — I no longer see the H2H deposit structure as neutral. In my experience, the large upfront deposit is where resellers' money disappears. I would not fund a LioGames reseller balance again, and I warn other shop owners away from large H2H deposits.
